Bookings & Fees
Choosing a counsellor is an important decision, and it helps to know what to expect before your first appointment.
Below you’ll find session fees, booking information, cancellation policies and other practical details. If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
Session Fees
Initial Session
90 MINUTES
$190
Our first session allows time to understand what has brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, discuss your goals, and begin developing a shared understanding of how we might work together.
Individual Counselling
60 MINUTES
$160
Ongoing sessions provide a consistent space to continue working towards your goals. Depending on your individual needs, sessions may incorporate EMDR and other evidence informed approaches where appropriate.
THE PROCESS
How It Works

Book your appointment
Appointments can be requested online through my booking system. Once your request is received, I’ll review the details before confirming your booking.

Complete your intake forms
New clients will receive an intake form, consent documents and practice information before their first appointment. Please complete these before your session.

Attend your first session
Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to understand what has brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin developing a shared understanding of how we might work together. There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you begin.
Practical Information
Medicare
Counselling with a PACFA Clinical Registered Counsellor is not covered by Medicare and does not require a Mental Health Care Plan. Some private health funds may offer rebates depending on your level of cover. Please check directly with your insurer.
NSW Victims Support
If your counselling has been approved through the NSW Victims Support Scheme, your approved sessions are fully funded. Please include your Victims Support reference number when booking so I can request your approved counselling allocation before confirming your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your appointment. Credit card, debit card and bank transfer are accepted.

Secure video appointments are available for clients across Australia. All you’ll need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.
